WA GLASS AND ALUMINIUM SOLUTIONS – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF TRADE
At WA Glass And Aluminium Solutions, our objective is to provide high-quality glass and aluminium products and workmanship, installed with care and professionalism. We stand behind the quality of our work and will rectify any faults arising directly from our supply or installation. These Terms & Conditions are intended to provide clarity, transparency, and fairness for both parties.

1. Estimates Are Not the Final Price
1.1 Estimates are provided to assist clients in obtaining indicative pricing and comparing available options. Estimates are based on information, photographs, and measurements supplied by the client.
1.2 Final pricing is confirmed following a complimentary on-site check measure prior to fabrication. Should the check measure identify variations from the dimensions or details provided at the estimate stage, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. Any changes will be communicated and approved prior to proceeding.

5. Product-Specific Conditions
5.1 Glass Replacement
•    Exact matches to existing glass patterns, textures, or tints cannot be guaranteed due to manufacturing variances or discontinued products. The closest available alternative will be supplied.
•    During removal of existing glass, adjacent tiles, render, plaster, or paint may crack or chip. While all reasonable care is taken, WA Glass And Aluminium Solutions cannot accept responsibility for repairing these areas.
•    Reglazing into existing frames does not include sealing against existing building or frame distortions.
•    If asbestos-containing materials are suspected, works will cease immediately and the client will be advised. Testing and removal by a licensed asbestos contractor will be required at the client’s cost prior to works resuming.
5.2 Showerscreens
•    WA Glass And Aluminium Solutions does not provide waterproofing, tiling, or painting services. These must be completed prior to installation.
•    Minor incidental damage to adjacent finishes may occur during removal of existing fixtures. Responsibility for repairs to surrounding surfaces is excluded.
•    Please allow up to 24 hours for silicone to fully cure before use.
5.3 Splashbacks
•    Splashback colours may vary slightly from samples due to individual paint mixing and glass type. Natural colour variation is not considered a defect.
•    All splashbacks are manufactured from 6mm toughened safety glass. Optical distortion and reflections may occur and are inherent characteristics of glass.
•    Quotations assume walls are flat, plumb, and suitably prepared. Splashbacks will follow existing wall contours, and wall preparation is excluded.
•    Cut-outs are based on information provided at check measure. Variations after manufacture may incur additional charges.
•    Workmanship and material quality are warranted; however, no warranty applies to damage caused by misuse, incorrect cleaning, or structural movement.
5.4 Windows & Doors
•    While care is taken, removal of existing windows and doors may result in damage to surrounding finishes. Rectification of such damage is excluded.
•    Quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of quoting. Unforeseen issues may result in variations and additional charges.
•    Removal or refitting of blinds, curtains, roller shutters, alarms, or electrical fittings is excluded unless agreed in writing.
5.5 Pet Doors
•    Selection of an appropriate pet door size is the responsibility of the purchaser.
•    Glass or screens fitted with pet doors are not classified or warranted as security products.
5.6 Repairs & Maintenance
•    Maintenance services do not include replacement of hardware unless specified. Additional costs may apply if replacement parts are required.
•    Repairs aim to restore function where reasonably possible and do not guarantee performance equivalent to new products.
